Caregiver Resource Social

Key Health Care and ACG Hospice are coming together for a Care That Shares™ Caregiver Resource Social designed to bring caregivers, families, and community members together in a welcoming and supportive setting.

The social will provide practical caregiver information and resources, along with approachable education about hospice and end-of-life care. Guests will have an opportunity to learn, ask questions, connect with local resources, and better understand options that may help families before and during important care transitions.

Refreshments will be provided.
