Key Health Care partnerships provide eligible participants with no-cost access. To confirm eligibility, please find your member code, or call the number on your health plan ID card to obtain your code and verify network access.

No Membership? No Problem.

Even if you’re not currently eligible through these programs, you can still participate:

  • Try up to 3 sessions at no cost — no strings attached.

  • Continue for a low participation fee after your trial.​

Our programs are designed to support and enhance Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — helping you stay strong, flexible, and independent in everyday life.

Join our Welcoming Functional Fitness Class

Functional Fitness will help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active in your daily life.  Each session focuses on functional fitness, fall prevention and confidence-building movement.

Improved Functional Fitness & Mobility

  • Regular physical activity helps maintain and improve balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance, which are critical for performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

  • Studies show that functional training (like what’s offered in SilverSneakers® Classic) reduces the risk of falls and supports independent living.

The Key Health Care Functional Fitness Program provides a welcoming, community-based environment for older adults seeking to improve their health through strength, flexibility, balance, and brain-body coordination. As a  fitness center, Key Health Care offers guided classes and supportive resources that promote physical activity as a powerful tool for maintaining independence, enhancing well-being, and fostering social connection.
