On February 21, 2024, Key Health Care's pharmacy benefit network, managed by Change Healthcare, was compromised.
Providing high-quality patient care is our top priority, so when Key Health Care was informed that the disruption was caused by cybercrime threat actors, we immediately disconnected from the affected network and established a new network to ensure the continued availability of medications and care for our members. In order to gain access to our new pharmacy network, please present the attached Pharmacy Benefit Certificate to your pharmacy.
